Fitting front heated seats

Post by jeegnesh » Sat Apr 28, 2012 12:41 pm

Has anyone fitted OEM front heated seats? Any pointers would be good.

Already fitted the centre panel switch it doesn't light up but the seats are not fitted as yet.

The lights won't come on unless the seats are in and the heater circuits are OK....

Told him he needs the seats and a relay - but will he listen to me!

You can fit your own seats! I'm off! :punish:

Easy trying to find info if someone has done this already to get some tips or things that are not obvious. Part no for the relay would be a good start.

Ive done this - there's a write up in the 'how to' section. No relay needed when i did it on a 2004 facelift 3.01. Easy job - a couple of hours tops.
