Which one would you recommend as they are all pretty good I think. All from ECP.
Shell helix ultra 5w30 = £33

Personal choice and finance I guess will dictate, in my opinion the cheaper or more obscure the oil manufacture is then the more often it will need changing it's cheap for a reason!
All the oils your looking at are recognized makes and are not to far apart in cost, I always use Mobil 1 that's my choice. As long as it meets the spec in the hand book we make our choice and spend our hard earned.

OEM is now Castrol Edge Professional 0w30 and meets BMW LL04 - so as long as it's ACEA 'C' rated and BMW LL04 compatible I wouldn't see any issues with any of them.
As said, oil is personal choice.
