i had similar problem, grabbing when turning left more than right, in a straight line ok, with 4x4 light on turned out to be the abs sensor in the near side front hub, i thought the diff was going to snap it was so bad, 2006 e53

Mpowerrob, my advise: change the garage. They dont know what they do. First: code from transfer, now: code from abs. E53 is a simple car. Grinding sound will be gone..for sure...4x4 light on so no 4 wheel drive, so its same as driving without vtg plug. Change the garage please...
