Does anyone know if an e39 oris swan neck will fit e53 witter hitch.looks pretty much the same tbh.

Unless it carries the same test ratings, weight limits and design approvals from both manufacturers I would assume not. Oris are part of the Bosal Group, Witter are a UK company and competitor so it is unlikely parts are interchangeable.
Even slight mismatches in shape or tolerances could lead into unforeseen issues.
