Getting real fed up with my parking sensors, they have all been changed for new ones by the old owner and it seems they still dont want to play the game.
Sometimes they seem to work ok and then sometimes they just blare a continuous tone as if about to hit a wall.
Any ideas????

Sometime my go off if they get dirty - not saying that is necessarily the case here but they can be affected by things like that

Also - I think, could be wrong, that with scanner 1.4.0 you can change the distance they go off at which may, or may not help you. If you do change it and anyone else uses the car then tell them you've changed it ! ! ! !

could be they need calibrating then, they were all changed at Coopers in York tho so I would imagine they would have done it??  they do seem when working properly to go off loads before you get near anything.....yer could be right 

These sensors are a bone of contention & a bloody irritation for sure, and they don't have a set life-time...
and I've had almost new ones fail because I was too aggressive with the power hose.

Get on your hands & knees & take a listen to each sensor - as you have probably done before...

All the sensors should "click"... some times one will be slightly quieter then the others, and I've found this one to be the single item to fail the whole system....

If you swap it out and it still doesn't work, you may have more than 1 failed part, but swap them around & out until it works.

Worse case scenario is that you have a spare sensor... which you will need any way one day.
