Flatulence

Little old lady walks into her doctors and says
" Doctor, I've got really bad flatulence but it doesnt smell and my farts are silent. In fact, I've farted about 10 times since I arrived here"
The doctor gives her some pills and tells her to come back in a week.
She comes back a week later and says "Doctor my farts haven't stopped, they are still silent but they now smell awefull"
The doctor replies " well now we've cured your sinus problem we'll now have your hearing checked"
