Webasto Heater problem

Installed a T90 Control last year to run my Webasto heater - went to use it this morning - first frosty day.
Once I press the 'on' button on the keyfob I just get a series of rapid red flashes on the light - as opposed to it going 'solid' and the heater does not come on.
Wonder has anyone any ideas?
I fitted this as DIY job having bought the fob from the old forum - wondering would the lights flash like this if a wire had come loose on the loom (under the boot) - or could it be a fuse issue?
Any help appreciated.
Paul

The rapid flashing usually indicates a lack of communication with the remote receiver. MIght be worth pulling the fuses and resetting it. I think to reprogramme it you have to start pulling other fuses but i will have to try and dig out the manual for mine

we have programmed the standard webasto heaters to work the same as the european cars with out the need of any extra remotes, this can be done on uk cars, the dealers say it can't be done and will sell you a kit with a remote

so to set once we have programmed this in to the car

you will just set the heater to come on at the time you want in the on board computer,
when set the red fan light will stay on about the right hand button to show it is set
