Air Bag Icon is ON

Post by X5-D-Sport » Sun Jan 31, 2021 11:54 pm

I removed the drivers seat from my C5 D-Sport to access the ventre console, & since the seat was refitted & re-connected... the air bag warning ico is on in the cluster.

The battery was almost flat at the same time, but now fully charged...

How do i get the airbag light to go out ?

Any one any ideas?

Regards to all.

As per the other thread, you need something like a scanner or Carly (other option on the other thread).

Any work on the airbags requires battery off and I always touch the battery terminal together afterwards too. I also use an anti-static wristband. Paranoid I may be but them things bite
:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
