Nothing.....it is a BMW AUC. Its had a new oil cooler, a few parking sensor replacements, a new Bluetooth Module, a new key and a new petrol filler pipe all under the warranty so far, and used the BMW Emergency service 3x in the past year.........
Given its the 4.8 with everything being a massive price to fix on it, I thought I'd renew the warranty when it came up - was offered £880ish with a £100 excess for the Comprehensive warranty with BMW Emergency included, or £1089 with no excess. One claim and you're over the £1080 mark already, so it seemed sensible to go with the £1089. If you do it via monthly payments, the insurance continues until you choose to stop. The cars only done 37000 miles, will probably try to keep it insured for the next two years at least during which time dozens of parking sensors will probably go, and the sunroof cassette and gearbox and valvetronic levers have a chance of playing up too, I think its worth it. The car is for me, a keeper - I had my Rangie for over 6 years before moving to an X, and this 4.8 is super, no reason to change for the forseeable future - it does little mileage now as I have a company car, but that may change, you never know what is round the corner.
