Help 2008 x3 with halo headlights. Electric fault somesort

Hi,
Any one could help it'd be much appreciated
I put on the side lights halos come on, left side comes on though being temperamental right side is off completely shows bulb light on dash though the indicator on the right side is on constant til I change it to dipped lights and indicator goes off but halo on right side is still off. All other lights function as should on both settings.
Is this a problem that getting new halo bulbs on right side will fix or sound like a deeper issue than that ?

Halo bulb  on right side will be blown, BMW's put the indicator light on for safety reasons when the front marker or the headlight bulb goes, even utilise the fog light when the headlight bulb blows.
