X5 V8 Specialist in or around West Yorkshire

Post by mightymetro » Sun Dec 14, 2014 11:55 am

Morning all.

I think the X5 may have the better of me and i just cannot sort out the running issue i have with it.  Can anyone recommend a good garage that knows the BMW V8 engine.  I am in Castleford, West Yorkshire but will travel if they are a definite bmw x5 or V8 specialist.  Seems problem could be CVV, CPS, CATS, VAC LEAK, COILS, PLUGS, WIRING ETC so i think its about time an expert looked at it.

Any help greatly appreciated

The first suggestion on that thread seems like the most obvious. Most garages can do a simple pressure check to see if one of the cats is blocked.
