can u post pictures with climate control unit that works, please...

if i understand clear - no matter of outside temperature, liquid temperature, battery voltage, i have 3/4 fuel, aux heating is not unlocked in my car, if i give +12 V to pin 1, heater will start?
may be... but reality is so sad-nothing.
after my manual try to start heater i start the engine, outside ...

it works when it wants. when all bmw conditions are here.
but never starts when i connect pin 1 and +12v
but i haven't heating on monitor
only ventilation
is this a problem?

I have e53 with webasto thermo top z diesel.
I connect pin 1 to +12V but nothing is happen.
I want to ask - what I miss
Outside is -5C, i have fuel, liquid temp is low, but nothing.
I presume - low voltage... I start the engine and then check again... nothing...
Any ideas?
